With over 20 years of experience, Fern has played a key role in integrating technology and strategy to foster business growth, generate revenue, develop products, and lead differentiated market approaches, currently pioneering in programmatic at Multilocal as Chief Strategy and Growth Officer.
Previous leadership roles span media and creative agencies, working alongside leading partners to manage global digital advertising for marqueebrands including Diageo, JLR and VW Group.
In addition to her professional endeavours, Fern is an avid Formula 1 enthusiast, enjoys reading everything quantum theory, and finds tranquillity by hiking with her dog, Blue.

An industry veteran of over thirty years, James helped found Mediacom North and iProspect and has worked in almost all areas of advertising and marketing.
Currently VP of planning for WPP, he is also a vocal advocate for Neurodiversity, having been diagnosed with ADHD in later life and was recognised as an enabling role model in 2024 and has been a key figure in driving neurodiversity programs within WPP, including helping WPP become the first advertising network to gain membership of Neurodiversity in business.
When not advancing the neurodiversity agenda, James can be found teaching Kung Fu, where he holds a black belt, or participating in the ancient Japanese art of Origami.

Dayna currently leads growth at Aderize, where she focuses on helping digital publishers, brands, and platforms unlock the full power of high-impact creative. She has spent her career moving across the media landscape—from large agencies and AOL to early-stage startups—always chasing opportunities to push boundaries, ask better questions, and connect the dots between people, data, and outcomes.
Based in the US, when not moving the industry forward, she spends her time helping run the Denver chapter of The Women in Programmatic Network to help foster a strong local community for women in the industry. Representation matters, and creating more seats at the table for the next wave of female leaders in advertising.
